Our chef, Michele, proudly uses zero-kilometer products that the Primiero Valley provides, sourced from its farmers, breeders, beekeepers, small fruit producers, and cheese makers. The menu highlights traditional Trentino recipes, from irresistible first courses with homemade fresh pasta to enticing meat and seafood main courses, not forgetting game and daily-changing desserts.

Our buffet breakfast is generous and varied. Michele carefully prepares a range of delicious and healthy cakes that will evoke childhood memories with that unmistakable “homemade” taste.
Among our offerings, you’ll find a wide selection of both sweet and savory options, including eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, and four types of milk (fresh cow’s milk, soy,
almond, and lactose-free) to meet all needs. A dedicated tea and herbal tea corner further enriches the selection, and there is always a lactose-free cake available, ensuring a sweet start for all our guests.
