Who we are

Our History

"A Small Family-Run Hotel".

The story of Hotel Panorama is the story of the Cemin and Tollardo family, starting in the second half of the 1900s with Grandpa Enrico, continuing with Mom Daria and Dad Dario, and reaching their daughter Roberta. Today, all together with Michele, Manuela, Angelica, and Giovanni, we make every stay a precious memory.

Our sole goal is to give you a dream vacation in San Martino di Castrozza, in a relaxed, comfortable, and warm environment. Simplicity is our secret ingredient to make you happy: plenty of laughter, good food, comfortable rooms, and a panoramic view of the Pale di San Martino are all you need to relax with ease.

Central and Quiet Location

At Hotel Panorama, everything is within easy reach: shopping streets, the skibus stop, the sports area with a playground, the forest adventure park, and the ski and cross-country tracks. Our location is strategic for starting your hikes along the main trails and forest roads of San Martino di Castrozza.

We are partnered with ski and e-bike rentals, and we provide snowshoes (or “craspe” in the Trentino dialect). If you want to set off on an adventure with us, we will happily accompany you to the most fascinating spots in the area.

Exceptional, it is not just a simple hotel... but an entire family available to customers... always kind and never intrusive... spotlessly clean, excellent food and a vast daily choice... excellent location in the center but slightly away from the hustle and bustle. ...I advise you to join their lunch proposal at Dismoni...a farm they own....unique and rare experience....not the usual, now dated proposal of all the other hotels....typical dinner Trentina....but a typical lunch...but in a unique location and with the owners always welcoming and helpful....thank you, the Panorama hotel never disappoints!!!

My wife Marianna and I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel... It is an immense pleasure to witness the warm welcome of the owners Roberta Michele and their very nice daughter Manuela... who made us feel at home straight away, and even if we didn't know each other... after a while it seemed like we had always been there. We ate super well in quantity, quality and not least in the service... Many thanks for everything to Robeta Michele and Manuela, who immediately won us over with their kindness and humility.. To say that we recommend it is an understatement... We will be back...
